Through Pain, We Rise

The world has mysterious ways to show,

That sometimes, our path is the one we don’t know.

One day feels endless, torturous, long,

The next, you wake with a smile, feeling strong.

Blessings come when at least you expect,

Yet life will test, demand, and inspect.

There will be days you long to rewind,

But remember, the ugly lives are only in your mind.

The bad, in time, turns into grace,

A lesson hidden in life’s embrace.

They come in waves, they crash and roll,

But every tide shapes your soul.

Heartbreak—the harshest teacher of all,

Its poison potent, its sting so small.

Yet through its pain, I found my core,

And realized I am worth so much more.

It taught me to love the person I see,

To cherish myself, to set myself free.

Because of heartbreak, I’ve gained control,

And like that, I’ll protect my soul.

Anger came wrapped in shadows and fire,

Blinding my words, fueled by desire.

But kindness grew from where it burned,

A lesson in love, so deeply earned.

I’ve carried pain, ashamed to confess,

A weight too heavy, a heart in distress.

But now I see I’m not my past—

The good days are the ones that last.

Pain, it teaches, it molds, it refines,

It flows like oceans, it rewrites the lines.

Physical one day, mental the next,

Yet through it all, we learn to reflect.

They say, “What doesn’t kill you makes you strong,”

So, hold on tight, though the nights feel long.

You’re stronger than you dare believe,

Kinder, wiser, ready to achieve.

You’re not your heartbreak,

You’re love’s earthquake.

Not all can weather your depth and care,

You’re the glue where others tear.

Anger’s roots grow from within,

Release it all and let love win.

Forgive yourself and those all around,

In this unity, grace is found.

For pain is not a curse but a guide,

A force that shapes deep inside.

It breaks, it bends, but it also heals,

It teaches us strength, it shows what’s real.

So, face each wave, no matter how rough,

Through pain, we rise; we are enough.
