At Poetic Bipolar Mind, we transform pain into purpose and silence into expression. Founded by writer and mental health advocate Kiana Jimenez, our platform is both a personal archive of survival and a public sanctuary for resilience.
We exist to give voice to what is often left unsaid—the struggles of mental health, the weight of grief, the contradictions of love, identity, and survival. Through confessional poetry, reflective essays, and evocative illustrations by Dave White, we create a space where vulnerability is honored and emotional truth becomes art.
